AT&T needed a fresh way to welcome new customers, so we created this streamlined Welcome Program that’s both helpful and digestible. It teaches newbies about their device and shows them the ropes of their new carrier. The Welcome Program includes staggered emails, a print booklet plus an MMS explaining first bill nuances.
