To remind Neiman Marcus shoppers about the styles they’ve browsed online, we created personalized pre-roll videos based on their viewing data. In this case, the video highlights a particular designer and a seasonal promotion—effectively transforming passive browsers into active shoppers.

This personalized pre-roll video campaign reminds SaksFifthAvenue.com visitors about items they’ve browsed, likely in just the last few days. The results were impressive, including increased online sales and a proven, high return on ad spend.
CITI - WELCOME VIDEO
These personalized videos were made to welcome new Citi cardholders and explain the details of their recently opened account. Each video addresses the cardholder by name, highlights unique card benefits and educates on value-added services and digital tools, all in an effort to increase digital customer engagement and awareness. Positive results included NPS & J.D. Power ratings impact, increased adoption of digital tools and enhanced customer experiences.
T. ROWE PRICE - 529 COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT
To encourage their College Savings Account customers to contribute more to their portfolios, T. Rowe Price asked us to create personalized videos to pique their interest. The video stories vary based on data points such as the beneficiary’s age, the length of time before starting college and significant touchpoints in the customer’s journey, like a beneficiary’s birthday or at the time of the account holder’s year-in-review.
In the example shared here, we do the math for the customers by letting them know exactly where they are with their savings and showing them how it measures up with the projected cost of education in the year their beneficiary is likely to attend school.
The program was successful overall with positives that included increased savings contributions, a measurable lift in digital adoption, enhanced customer experiences and positive brand impact.
COMCAST - DAY 30
In order to reduce frustration and new customer churn, Comcast engaged us to create personalized videos for their new Xfinity X1 customers. The videos, which each new customer receives on Day 30 of their contract, are instructional in nature and highlight the X1 Voice Remote, personalized recommendations and navigational features to make sure they know just how to get the most from their new service.
